PLANNING
My design planning services include everything from suggestions on how to improve the flow of your home’s design or maximize its natural light to helping you make the most of a small outdoor space. As a designer specializing in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops, I can also assist you with fixtures, bars, laundry, build-ins, bookshelves, closets, home offices, and other spaces that have cabinetry needs.
DESIGN
Working with both residential and commercial clients, my design services will help you achieve the perfect look for your lifestyle, taste, and budget. Be it a single kitchen or bathroom, an outdoor space, or an entire home, I focus my design efforts on helping to guide you in choosing the best and most affordable materials such as kitchen countertops, backsplashes’, and cabinetry.
CONSULTATION
As a design consultant I can assist you at all stages of the building and design process; be it pre-construction, post-construction, or at any point in between. Whether you’re unhappy with your current bathroom design and looking for someone to make sound renovation recommendations, or you need a professional opinion on where to install cabinetry to improve the efficiency of your kitchen, I can help.
PROJECT SUPERVISION
As we all know, life is busy. But that’s not the only reason to hire an expert to supervise your renovation or design project. As both a designer and project manager, I can safeguard your budget from ballooning, recommend cost-effective solutions, as well as coordinate with installers, contractors, and other workers to ensure your vision is realized.
FULL-SERVICE
From planning through to design, installation, and project management, my full-service design services will lead you through every step of the process from start to finish. Not only will you receive personalized attention and one-of-a-kind design concepts, but if you have not already chosen a contractor for your project, I can recommend a trusted contractor or renovation expert from my preferred list.
- Design services are charged at an hourly rate unless a flat-rate proposal has been agreed upon by both designer and client.
- Flat-rate proposals require a 50% deposit upon signing of the contract with a following 45% at delivery, and the last 5% of the total upon completion.
- Original drawings are not provided unless both designer and client enter into a valid agreement for a project and a deposit has been made.
